I'd love to post this on tumblr, but they're such children over there. They overreact to everything.

You know they are going there, no matter what they say now (and Lucy's statement directly contradicts statements made just a few weeks ago).

And I saw a comment yesterday that JLM's Holmes is 'cuddly and adorable'. OMG, ACD is rolling over in his grave.

This show might be good, but it is not a version of Sherlock Holmes that I want to see, sorry....BUT I STILL PLAN TO WATCH THE PILOT and see for myself. I might like it anyway, even tho I can't see it as being true to the Holmes canon.

No idea how she got it, but I was with friends last weekend and we watched the pilot. I really enjoyed it. So there :D Best to keep out of the fandomcrazy about it, I think!

The pilot was leaked, and I actually do have it, just haven't had time to watch it yet.

I may like it too, IDK yet. I just haven't liked much of what I've seen and read so far, as far as Sherlock Holmes canon goes. This actually reminds me of the whole SGU fiasco, LOL.

Whatever SGU was meant to be, either something original, or pertaining to another canon, it failed me for sure *g*

I've seen the pilot and I liked it. Kind of. It's like a shiny new crime show; nothing ti do with 'Sherlock Holmes', though. At least not for me.

I think that's how it's going to be for me, as well. I like crime shows, so I probably will enjoy it as long as I can separate from the Holmes canon in my head.

And there is nothing else on at 10pm on Thursday nights, anyway LOL
