Dragon Con

ailurophile6So, I've been struggling since yesterday to install the D*C app on my Android Tablet. I somehow got the original version to install, but it won't let me update to the corrected version that shows more than one event at a time on the calendar.
Every time I try, Android Market tells me I don't have an Android phone associated with their store, so I can't download it.
NO SHIT. I don't have a phone, I have a tablet. Completely fucking useless.
I was able to get the app for my IPod, which is fine, but the screen is larger on my tablet, and my old eyes need all the help they can get!
I'll end up using both and that's going to be annoying.
My schedule is getting set. I am probably going to have to pass on seeing David Nykl (maybe at the Monday morning Q&A, but that's it) so that I can go to both Michael Rosenbaum panels. I'm not sure I'll ever get to see Rosey again, but I'm pretty sure I'll see David (and have seen him 3 or 4 times already). I will try to catch him in the Walk of Fame.
I'm going to both Sanctuary panels. \o/ Chris Heyerdahl!
I'm going to try and see Shatner at least once, but if I don't get in, that's ok, I've seen him before.
It's the Supernatural panels that are giving me fits. They conflict with everything else I want to do, darn it.
I've never seen Misha or Jim Beaver, so I need to get to at least one of those events!
And I have to see Lance Henriksen. I would like to see Colin Ferguson since I missed him last year; there are a lot of Eureka panels, I should be able to get to at least one of them.
I think I can make it to one BSG panel.
And there's a panel about Stephen King's The Dark Tower on Friday night that I would love to get to and should be able to make.
However, I will probably miss the parade again, since the only Lance photo op I can make is 10:30 Saturday morning... I'm not really into the costumes or parades anyway.
Oy. It's going to be crazy! But the app has a handy map, and I do remember the layout from last year, so I should be able to get around with no problems. And the weather looks like it's going to be good, in the 80's all 4 days :)
