I guess I should have seen this coming...

I got laid off today.

I'm surprised, because I was a productive and reliable worker.

I'm not surprised, because I have a degree and made more money than my co workers (not by much, but still...)

So, back to unemployment tomorrow.

Once I know how much I'll get from that, I'll have a better idea of how worried I should be...I do have money in savings and minimal expenses (and I can cut those down too if needed).

My parents have already said they are there if I need financial support.

And I don't mind having some time off. I just hope I can find something decent.

So, I guess it could be worse.

TIFF

So being home today meant I could watch the red carpet at TIFF for 12 Years A Slave.

The worst cameraperson in the world showed this much of Ben during the entire interview:



Seriously, I was lucky to see that much of him.

Absolutely horrible coverage of Benedict. Idiot.

ETA: And the last few minutes we've been treated to people's legs and feet. Who hired this moron?!
