I'm beginning to understand why people complain about Froggy.

I just got my photo op ticket for JOE FLANIGAN.

He cancelled, and I requested a refund a week ago.

WTF?!

How can they not know that he cancelled? He's not even on the photo op schedule. MORONS.

I emailed them but will probably not get a response.

And I did not get a photo op ticket for Lance Henriksen. Idiots.

Is it too much to ask that ANYONE do their jobs correctly? JFC.

I'll probably never see that money again.
