Whine, whine, whine

I really need an icon that says "you say I'm a bitch like it's a bad thing" and one for all my whining posts LOL

Today's whine:

I finally get some time to read big bang stories, and they either go from the extreme of having so little McShep in them they might was well be gen, or so sappy and filled with totally OOC romance and fluff (and way too many unnecessary sex scenes) that I get nauseous.

And let's not even get into stories with John and Rodney in AU settings/occupations that just don't work.

I know I should not complain, these writers are putting all their work into entertaining us with no renumeration, and all that....which is why I hate being so picky, but gee I'd really like just one nice long story that's well balanced and not OOC.

The good news is that I've still got the vast majority of big bang and sga santa stories left to read....
